These terms apply to any order placed through the Le monde est scone (LMES) reseller portal.
Our wholesale prices are reserved for businesses: cafés, restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, caterers, and institutional food service. Every account is manually reviewed before gaining access to products and pricing. LMES reserves the right to refuse or deactivate any account that does not meet these criteria.
A minimum order applies based on your region:

The final amount, after any applicable discount, must meet your zone's threshold. Orders below the minimum cannot be processed.
Allow 7 business days between the receipt of your order and delivery. Your delivery day is confirmed by email.
We deliver along Québec's highway corridors (Highways 10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 55, and 417, within approximately 15 km of these routes) as well as Eastern Ontario. Don't see your business in our zones? Call us and we'll work something out.
Our products are delivered frozen. Please make sure freezer space is available and that someone is on site to receive the delivery.
Inspect your delivery upon receipt.
Any discrepancy — damage, thawed product, incorrect quantity, missing items — must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt, with photos, by calling (514) 274-1212 or emailing commandes@lemondeestscone.com.
After this window, no credit can be issued.
As these are frozen food products, no returns are accepted. An approved claim will result in a credit or a replacement, at LMES's discretion.
Keep products frozen at -18 °C (0 °F) or below until baking. Do not thaw before baking.
Baking instructions: uniform convection, 24 to 26 minutes at 325 °F (160 °C). Rotate halfway through baking. Full instructions appear on each product sheet.
These are the parameters we tested in our own ovens. Every oven is different — convection, airflow, load, calibration. We recommend that each business run a test batch and adjust temperature and time to find its own sweet spot.
LMES cannot be held responsible for product that has been improperly stored, thawed and refrozen, or baked outside the recommended parameters.
Payment is made by invoice, net 7 days following delivery. LMES reserves the right to suspend deliveries to any account with an outstanding balance.
Prices shown in the reseller portal are reserved for approved businesses and may change without notice. The price in effect at the time the order is placed applies.
Our products are manufactured in a peanut-free facility. Allergens present and "may contain" statements appear on each product sheet. It is the reseller's responsibility to communicate this information to their own customers.
An order may be cancelled at no charge as long as it has not entered production. Once production has begun, the order is final.
